Rates & Insurance

Therapy fees are $250 for an intake session, $250 for a 55 minute session.

All fees are due at the time of service.

Payment

You may pay for services using checks, cash, or credit cards. Other payment arrangements must be communicated and agreed upon prior to the first meeting.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 cancellation/no show fee. 

Waters Gone By Counseling reserves the right to cancel further sessions should cancellations/no shows become habitual.

Services may be covered by BlueCross which is the client's responsibility to verify and the only insurance we work with at this time.

If your insurance is not BC, we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.
