Hi everyone! My name is Baylee Diffey and I am a pre-licensed counseling intern at Waters Gone By Counseling in Boise, Idaho. In my work with adults, teens, couples, and families, I am passionate about walking alongside clients through some of life’s most difficult seasons.

My approach is rooted in holistic, evidence-based  care to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change. I have a growing interest in trauma-informed care and the ways early experiences shape how we show up in relationships and in ourselves.

Hi! My name is Madeline Heer. I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, genuine, and creative space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Guided by a Person-Centered and Narrative approach, I partner with my clients to explore their unique stories, navigate life's challenges, and foster authentic personal growth.
Before entering the counseling field, I spent six years as a K-12 educator and junior high art teacher. This extensive background gives me a deep, practical understanding of the emotional and social challenges today’s youth face. I specialize in walking alongside adolescents, at-risk youth, and women, helping them process difficult transitions, build emotional resilience, and discover their strengths. I have a deep passion for working with individuals from all walks of life and bring a high level of multicultural competency to my practice, ensuring every background is respected and celebrated.
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University (a CACREP-accredited program) and am delighted to be fulfilling my clinical internship at Waters Gone By Counseling. At the practice, I work under the direct clinical supervision of a licensed professional who also specializes in adolescent therapy. This collaborative structure allows me to combine fresh academic insights with seasoned expertise, ensuring either you or your child receives the highest standard of tailored care.
